Diversitas Ikan Karang Di Perairan Desa Tapulaga Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara

Abstract
Ikan karang (reef fishes) merupakan salah biota yang memiliki keaneragaman jenis yang mendiami ekosistem terumbu karang dikawasan tropis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keakeragaman jenis ikan karang yang hidup berasosiasi dengan komunitas karang. Dua variabel utama yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini, yakni ikan karang dan kondisi komunitas karang. Kondisi komunitas karang diperoleh dengan metode Line Intercept Transect (LIT) sepanjang 30 meter. Sementara itu data ikan karang diperoleh dengan metode visual sensus yang dilakukan di sepanjang garis transek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komposisi jenis ikan karang berjumlah 17 famili, 49 spesies, dan 392 individu yang di dominasi oleh famili Pomacentridae sebesar 15 spesies atau 30.61% dari jumlah total spesies yang ditemukan. Keanekaragaman jenis ikan karang dalam kategori rendah hingga sedang dengan nilai keanekaragaman terrendah sebesar 1.30, dan tertinggi sebesar 2.35. Keseragaman jenis tergolong tinggi dengan nilai keseragaman sebesar 0.78 - 0.84 yang menunjukan komunitas ikan tergolong stabil. Nilai ideks dominansi tergolong rendah, yakni sebesar 0.14 - 0.33. Tutupan komunitas karang berada dalam kondisi sedang, dengan persentase tutupan karang hidup sebesar 35.42 - 48.40%, tutupan abiotik sebesar 38.53 - 55.02%, tutupan algae sebesar 6.72 - 13.75%, dan tutupan biota yang tidak teridentifikasi sebesar 0.97 - 6.57%.
