Muhamad Iksanuddin, Bahtiar, Ermayanti Ishak Copyright (c) 2025 Muhamad Iksanuddin iksan, Bahtiar, Ermayanti Ishak http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/51 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Preferensi Habitat Kerang Coklat (Modiolus modulaides) Di Perairan Desa Tapulaga Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe Sulawesi Tenggara https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/57
Nabilah Istiqama, Bahtiar, Muhammad Fajar Purnama Copyright (c) 2025 Nabilah Istiqama, Bahtiar, Muhammad Fajar Purnama http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/57 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Tingkat Pencemaran Berdasarkan Saprobitas Fitoplankton di Bungkutoko, Kota Kendari, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/23
Phytoplankton which is the main producer of organic substances, plays an important role in waters and can also be used as a parameter for the level of water pollution because phytoplankton have a very fast response to changes in water quality. This research aimed to determine the level of pollution in Bungkutoko waters based on phytoplankton probity by utilizing data on the abundance, diversity index, uniformity index, and phytoplankton dominance index in Bungkutoko waters. This research used a purposive sampling method to determine the stations. From the research results, phytoplankton abundance ranged from 66 cells/L 698 cells/L. The phytoplankton diversity index in Bungkutoko ranges from 1.54 2.42. This showed that the diversity values at all observation stations are included in the medium diversity category. The phytoplankton uniformity index value ranges from 0.58 0.9. This indicated that the uniformity index is moderate. The phytoplankton dominance value ranges from 0.10 0.34. This displayed that there is no dominant type of phytoplankton. The Saprobic Index (SI) value obtained was 0.65 and the Saprobic Index (TSI) value was -0.16. This revealed that Bungkutoko waters were categorized as lightly/lowly polluted to moderately polluted.

Key Words : Bungkutoko, Phytoplankton, Saprobitas
Nilam, Salwiyah Sawali, Muhammad Taswin Munier, Adi Imam Wahyudi Copyright (c) 2025 Nilam Nilam, Salwiyah Sawali, Muhammad Taswin Munier, Adi Imam Wahyudi http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/23 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Pola Pertumbuhan dan Faktor Kondisi Ikan Bunga Waru (Lutjanus lutjanus) di Perairan Desa Ngapawali Teluk Kolono Kabupaten Konawe Selatan https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/22
Bigeye snapper (Lutjanus lutjanus) is a marine demersal fish that generally lives offshore up to 60 m depth. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the growth type and condition factors of L. lutjanus fish in non-volcanic hydrothermal areas in the shallow marine waters of Kolono Bay, South Konawe District. Fish sampling was conducted twice a month starting from March to May 2022. A total of 93 fish were caught using gill net gear with mesh sizes varying from 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 inches. The fish caught had a total length of 138 - 183 mm and weighed 31.7 - 77.9 g. The highest frequency was in the total length range. The highest frequency was in the total length range of 156 - 161 and 162 - 167 mm (females) and 150 - 155 mm (males). The length-weight relationship obtained was W = 0.0002 L 2.48. The value of b is 2.48 with a correlation r2 of 0.98. This indicates that the growth type of L. lutjanus studied is negative allometric (b < 3). Condition factor ranged from 0.48 - 1.62 with an average value 1.01. Condition factor values between males and females tend to be the same.
Abdul Nursalam, Asriyana, Wa Nurgayah Copyright (c) 2025 Abdul Nursalam, Asriyana, Wa Nurgayah http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/22 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Karakteristik Habitat Ikan Bunga Waru (Lutjanus lutjanus) di Perairan Desa Ngapawali Teluk Kolono Kabupaten Konawe Selatan https://jmsp.uho.ac.id/index.php/jmsp/article/view/34
