Abstract
Pola pertumbuhan dan faktor kondisi cacing kacang memiliki pertumbuhan yang tidak menentu karena diduga adanya tekanan lingkungan di perairan Toronipa dan Desa Bokori. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pola pertumbuhan dan faktor kondisi cacing kacang Antillesoma sp. di Pantai Toronipa dan Desa Bokori. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan yaitu bulan Agustus sampai Oktober 2023. Penentuan stasiun dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan karakteristik substrat dua stasiun yang berbeda. Sampel penelitian diperoleh secara langsung dengan menggunakan transek 1x1 m2 dengan meletakkan transek pada stasiun sebanyak 3 kali pengulangan. Hasil analisis hubungan panjang dan bobot secara temporal memiliki nilai b sebesar 1,35-2,03 dan secara spasial diperoleh nilai b sebesar 1,23-1,37 dengan kategori allometrik negatif. Nilai rata-rata faktor kondisi secara temporal sebesar 0,70-2,68 sedangkan secara spasial diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,76-1,29. Presentase Kn berfluktuasi berdasarkan ukuran panjang.
