Struktur Komunitas Fitoplankton Pada Badan Air di Sekitar Perairan Pulau Bungkutoko Pasca Pembangunan Pelabuhan Peti Kemas

Abstract
Fitoplankton merupakan salah satu organisme penting bagi ekosistem yang menentukan kualitas perairan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas Fitoplankton di Perairan Bungkutoko pasca pembangunan Peti Kemas. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan Januari-Maret 2023. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berlokasi di perairan Bungkutoko, pengambilan sampel Fitoplankton menggunakan plankton net no 25 µm. Pengamatan komposisi jenis fitoplankton terdiri dari genus Navicula, Syendra, Nitzchia, Cocconeis, Amphora, Diploneis, Eunotia, Diatoma, Ecyclotella, Licmopora, Protopevidinium, Oscillatoria, Biddulphia, Ceratium, Chaetocopus, Coscinodiscus, Nitzchia, Surirella, dan Pleurosigma. Indeks kelimpahan fitoplankton didominasi oleh fitoplankton dari kelas Bacillariophyceae dengan jumlah kelimpahan jenis tertinggi 664 sel/L, kelimpahan terendah pada lokasi sekitar Pembangunan Pelabuhan Peti Kemas yaitu 604 sel/L dan 577 sel/L. Nilai Indeks keanekaragaman Fitoplankton yaitu, 2.27 ,1.91 dan 2.31, Indeks Dominansi pada lokasi pengambilan sampel yakni 0,12, 0,12 dan 0,11, sedangkan Indeks Keseragaman yang diperoleh yakni 0,86, 0,72 dan 0,87. Pengukuran parameter kualitas air meliputi suhu berkisar (30,0, 30,4 dan 30,7°C), pH (6,6, 5,4 dan 5,8), Oksigen terlarut (5,4, 5,8 dan 5,8 mg/l), salinitas (25, 29 dan 31 ppt), kecepatan arus (0,63, 0,73 dan 0,46 m/s), kecerahan (80, 78 dan 25 m), nitrat (0,13, 0,12 dan 0,13 mg/l),fosfat (0,045, 0,040 dan 0,043 mg/l)
