Struktur Komunitas Zooplankton Berdasarkan Kedalaman Di Perairan Desa Tumbu-tumbu Jaya, Kecamatan Kolono Timur, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan

Abstract
Zooplankton merupakan biota yang sangat penting di dalam perairan dan memiliki peranan dalam transfer energi dari produsen utama ke konsumen pada tingkatan pertama dalam trofik ekologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui struktur komunitas zooplankton berdasarkan kedalaman di perairan Desa Tumbu-tumbu Jaya, Kecamatan Kolono Timur, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan 4 kali dengan interval waktu 7 hari dalam sebulan yaitu pada bulan Mei tahun 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode purpousive sampling. Stasiun I pada daerah dekat kawasan hutan mangrove dan sungai, Stasiun II dekat pemukiman warga dan Stasiun III dekat dengan sungai. Pada masing-masing stasiun terbagi dalam 2 variasi kedalaman yaitu 0,5 m dan 7 m. variabel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah kelimpahan, keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan dominansi serta parameter fisika dan kimia perairan seperti suhu, salinitas, pH, kecerahan, dan DO. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kelimpahan zooplankton berkisar 288-393 ind/L, nilai keanekaragaman (H’) berkisar 1,98-2,42, nilai keseragaman (E) berkisar 0,82-0,94 dan nilai dominansi (D) berkisar 0,09-0,15. Nilai kelimpahan di perairan Desa Tumbu-tumbu Jaya menunjukkan kelimpahan yang rendah (oligotrofi), nilai keanaekaragaman sedang dan kestabilan komunitas sedang, nilai keseragaman berada dalam keadaan seimbang atau merata dan nilai dominansi menunjukkan tidak ada spesies yang mendominasi spesies lain. Parameter fisika kimia perairan yaitu suhu air laut yang didapatkan berkisar antara 28,8-29,6 oC, nilai salinitas 28,5-33 ppt, nilai pH yang diperoleh yaitu berkisar antara 7,03-7,08, nilai DO berkisar antara 5,2-5,7 mg/L.
